Steve Lockwood

Steve's achievements over the last 20 years include over 50 albums as a performer and session musician. He has played with acts from Larry Adler to Screaming Lord Sutch and has recorded with both the Royal Philharmonic and the City of Prague Orchestras.

Steve achieved a music degree from APU (now Anglia Ruskin University), Cambridge, specialising in harmonica and has gone on to compose and play music for film, television and radio. His dynamic and versatile playing incorporates both traditional and avant-Garde techniques to an amazing level.

You really have to see his playing to believe it. Steve is currently working on production for a new album, playing concerts and lecturing in music.

He has learned tips from the best harmonica players around including famous classical virtuoso Larry Adler, funk maestro Lee Oskar and Irish specialist Brendan Power.
